Minnamurra Creek is a fabulous canyon, but sadly access is prohibited by NPWS. This is supposedly to protect a rare plant species or something like that, but is likely just so that the tourists don’t see anyone abseiling down the falls. If for some reason you decide to do Minnamurra Canyon, please don’t abseil this last waterfall, as it could lead to unfortunate scenes with NPWS.
